A simulation model of a production process is one of the most powerful enablers to boost operational efficiency, optimize resource usage, improve planning accuracy, or to grow a business.
In this student internship or thesis project, we want to build a detailed process model of a bottleneck area in close collaboration with one of our industrial manufacturing partners.
You should have programming experience in Java, R or Kotlin. Interest or knowledge in discrete process simulation would be helpful as well.
