Mario Schaarschmidt

Mario joined SYSTEMA in 2020 and brings over 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. With a background in various roles throughout the advanced semiconductor backend, he transitioned from being a potential SYSTEMA customer to guiding others on their path to automation. Mario understands the challenges of the shopfloor—especially when it comes to aligning operators, engineers, and planners—and is committed to developing solutions that bridge the gap between daily operations and strategic goals. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the world, and playing the drums.
