Your new role

You'll be bringing Industry 4.0 to high-tech manufacturing, using our software to control robots, talk to machines and ultimately boost chip production.

As a Solution Architect, you will provide our customers consultation & solution, requirement gathering, designing and distributing tasks to team members. You will work closely with your colleagues in Germany as part of our international teams.

What you'll do

Requirements analysis and analysis of the integration capabilities of the customer's existing or planned systems and facilities
Align with customers on automation scenarios
Solution design and planning/distribution of team activities
Quality assurance and maintenance of the developed software

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering AND
At least 6 years working experience including experience as Solution Architect in software & automation field in semiconductor industry
Object oriented analysis, design and implementation
Knowledge in Java or other object oriented programming language such as C#
Structured working style and strong in analysis & conceptional thinking
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
Willingness to travel
Interest in technology & automation

Useful industry-specific knowledge:

Software design tool such as Sparx System Enterprise Architecture
Project management tools such as MS Project
Message-oriented middleware, e.g. Apache ActiveMQ, TIBCO-RV...
Production control system such as MES, etc.
Programming interfaces like REST
Equipment interfaces such as OPC UA, SECS/GEM
JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular for GUI development
SQL and Database design
