Manfred founded SYSTEMA in 1993 in Regensburg, Germany. In 2000 he and his wife moved to Dresden, the heart of “Silicon Saxony”. His passion for high-automation and deep expertise in guiding customers to develop solutions for the high-tech manufacturing environment encapsulates the motivations of the entire SYSTEMA team. After 25 years, Manfred is still at his finest when he is orchestrating a demanding customer workshop and eliciting the requirements that will be integrated within the automation solution.
