Business Continuity & COVID-19

With the worldwide spread of COVID-19, we are all facing unprecedented challenges. First and foremost, we wish you and your families the best of health. We also want you to know, despite these uncertainties, we remain committed to providing the support, services, and solutions your business depends on.

With an ethic bound by mutual respect and trust, our reputation and brand have strengthened over a quarter century of conducting business – among our team, customers, partners and competitors. Our ethic guides us as we closely monitor and respond to recommendations, news and announcements from health authorities like the World Health Organization and Robert Koch Institute to ensure and protect the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners. As an enterprise with a global footprint, we are well versed in conducting meetings, driving progress, and enabling communication from virtually anywhere in the world. These competencies allow us to be responsive and flexible under the current, rapidly evolving circumstances. We are convinced that we can continue to deliver on our well established business strengths and industry experience in order to face these challenges together with you.

We are proactively working with our staff as they return from high-risk areas to ensure they self-quarantine for a minimum of 14 days. We support members of our team that are at increased risk or  directly impacted through school closures or exposure to the virus to work from home with flexible schedules. We continue to invest in and expand infrastructure, network capacity, and team-collaboration tools necessary for both in-office and remote-team work.

We’re hopeful that this pandemic will pass, and we look forward to a bright future working together on the business of automation. We wish you, your families, and your business health and strength during this difficult time. We are here to support you – please let us know how we can help.
